Due to our fast and efficient fulfillment process, orders can only be canceled within 10 minutes of placement. Thank you for your understanding.
Average Delivery Times
Once you have placed your order, we need 1 to 3 business days to process it. Generally, this process takes one business day, but if you place your order on Friday night or over the weekend, the processing time may be slightly longer.
After processing, your order will be shipped, and the average delivery time is 8 to 12 business days within the UK. Although most orders arrive within this timeframe, please allow extra time during peak seasons, holidays, or due to courier delays.
